Creating Your Account

To start using TibiaWatch, you'll need to create a free account:

  1. Visit TibiaWatch and click "Get Started" or "Sign Up"
  2. Choose your preferred registration method (Email, Google, or Discord)
  3. Complete your profile setup
  4. Verify your email address (check your inbox for verification link)

Free Tier

Track up to 10 characters with basic alerts - perfect for getting started

Pro Tier

Track 100+ characters with advanced analytics and SMS alerts

Guild Tier

Unlimited tracking, team collaboration, and API access

Adding Your First Character

Once your account is set up, you can start tracking characters:

Quick Add (Single Character)

Click the "+ Add Character" button in the top navigation

Enter the character name exactly as it appears in Tibia

Select the game world from the dropdown menu

Click "Add Character" - it will appear in your dashboard immediately

Bulk Import (Multiple Characters)

To add multiple characters at once:

Navigate to Dashboard → Characters → Bulk Import

Enter character names (one per line) or paste from Excel/CSV

TibiaWatch will validate all names and add valid characters

Understanding the Dashboard

Main Dashboard
  • • Recently online characters
  • • Active alerts and notifications
  • • Quick stats (total tracked, online now, deaths today)
  • • Activity timeline showing recent events
Character Card
  • • Character name and current level
  • • Vocation and game world
  • • Online/Offline status (color-coded)
  • • Last seen timestamp
  • • Quick actions (alerts, lists, remove)
