Creating Alerts

Find the character you want to monitor in your dashboard

Click the bell icon on the character card

Select alert type (Online, Offline, Level Change, Death)

Choose notification channel (Email, Push, SMS)

Click "Create Alert" - you're all set!

Alert Cooldowns

Prevent notification spam by setting cooldown periods. After an alert fires, it won't trigger again for the specified time.

Recommended Cooldowns:

  • • Online Alerts: 15-30 minutes
  • • Death Alerts: No cooldown (instant)
  • • Level Changes: 1 hour
  • • Offline Alerts: 30 minutes

Push Notifications Not Working?
