Getting Started

Is TibiaWatch free?

Yes! We offer a free tier that lets you track up to 10 characters with basic alerts. You can upgrade to Pro or Guild plans for more features and unlimited tracking.

Do I need to share my Tibia account information?

No! TibiaWatch uses publicly available data from Tibia.com. We never ask for your game account credentials and cannot access your account.

How quickly are character updates detected?

Characters are checked every 30-60 seconds. Most online/offline status changes are detected within 1-2 minutes.

Characters & Tracking

Why can't I find a character?

Make sure you're spelling the character name exactly as it appears in Tibia, including capitalization. Also verify you've selected the correct game world.

How many characters can I track?

Free tier: 10 characters. Pro tier: 100 characters. Guild tier: Unlimited characters.

Can I track characters from different worlds?

Yes! You can track characters from any Tibia game world, all in one account.

What happens if a character changes name?

TibiaWatch automatically detects name changes and updates your tracking. You'll receive an alert if you have name change notifications enabled.

Alerts & Notifications

Why am I not receiving alerts?

Check your notification settings, verify your email address, and ensure alerts aren't in your spam folder. For push notifications, verify app permissions on your device.

Can I get SMS notifications?

Yes, SMS notifications are available on Pro and Guild plans. SMS credits are purchased separately.

How do I stop getting too many notifications?

Set longer cooldown periods on your alerts (30+ minutes), use digest mode to batch notifications, or set active hours to only receive alerts during specific times.

Do alerts work when I'm offline?

Yes! TibiaWatch monitors characters 24/7, even when you're not logged in. You'll receive notifications via your chosen channel (email, push, SMS).

Lists & Organization

How many lists can I create?

Free tier: 3 lists. Pro tier: 20 lists. Guild tier: Unlimited lists.

Can I share lists with my guild?

Yes! List sharing is available on Pro and Guild plans. Guild plans offer team collaboration features with real-time updates.

Can a character be in multiple lists?

Yes, you can add the same character to as many lists as you need.

Mobile App

Is there a mobile app?

Yes! TibiaWatch is available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). The web version also works great on mobile browsers.

Are all features available on mobile?

Yes, the mobile apps have full feature parity with the web version.

Do I need a separate account for mobile?

No, use the same account across web and mobile. All your data syncs automatically.

Billing & Plans

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency payments.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Contact support if you're not satisfied.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data is preserved, but features will be limited to your new plan. For example, if you have 50 characters and downgrade to Free (10 characters), you'll need to choose which 10 to keep active.

Is my data secure?

Yes! All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and never share your information with third parties.

Do you sell my data?

Never. Your data is yours. We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone.

Can other players see who I'm tracking?

No, your tracking list is completely private unless you explicitly share a list with someone.

Troubleshooting

The website is loading slowly

Try clearing your browser cache, disabling browser extensions, or using a different browser. Check our status page for any ongoing issues.

Character status shows incorrect information

Data updates every 1-2 minutes. If you notice persistent issues, try refreshing the character or contact support.

I forgot my password

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. We'll send you a password reset link via email.
