Customize Your Experience
Configure TibiaWatch to work exactly how you want. From notifications to appearance, everything is customizable.
Settings Categories
Profile Settings
Display Name
Choose how you're identified in shared lists and team settings. This is optional and only visible to people you share content with.
Email Address
Used for login and receiving alert notifications. You must verify any email changes.
Time Zone
Automatically detected from your device. All timestamps in the app will use this time zone.
Change Password
We recommend using a strong, unique password. Must be at least 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Add an extra layer of security by requiring a verification code when signing in.
Recommended: Enable 2FA to protect your account from unauthorized access
Active Sessions
View and manage devices currently logged into your account. Sign out remotely if you see suspicious activity.

Alert Notifications
Receive emails when alerts are triggered (online, offline, deaths, etc.)
Digest Mode
Batch multiple alerts into a single email instead of individual messages
Product Updates
New features, improvements, and important announcements
Marketing & Tips
Usage tips, best practices, and occasional promotions
Default Channel
Choose whether new alerts should send push notifications by default. You can override this per-alert.
Quiet Hours
Set specific hours when you don't want to receive push notifications (e.g., 11 PM - 7 AM). Emails will still be sent if enabled.
Phone Number
Add and verify your phone number to receive SMS alerts. Must include country code.
SMS Credits
View your remaining SMS credits and purchase more. Each SMS costs 1 credit (approximately $0.05 USD).
Appearance
Color Theme
Choose between Light, Dark, or System theme (automatically matches your device settings). Your preference syncs across all devices.
Accent Color
Customize the primary accent color used throughout the interface. Choose from preset colors or create your own.
Character Card Size
Choose between Compact, Normal, or Large character cards on the dashboard. Compact fits more on screen, Large shows more details.
Date Format
Select your preferred date format (MM/DD/YYYY, DD/MM/YYYY, or YYYY-MM-DD).
Time Format
Choose between 12-hour (AM/PM) or 24-hour time display.
Language
Currently available: English, Portuguese (BR), Spanish, German. More languages coming soon!
Privacy & Data
Export Your Data
Download a complete copy of your data including tracked characters, alerts, lists, and activity history in JSON or CSV format.
Delete Account
Permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed

Crash Reports
Automatically send error reports to help us fix bugs faster
Billing & Subscription
Plan Details
See your current plan, billing cycle, next payment date, and included features.
Upgrade or Downgrade
Change your plan anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
Cancel Subscription
Cancel anytime. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period, then automatically downgrade to Free.
Update Card
Add or update your credit/debit card. All payment information is securely processed through Stripe - we never see your full card number.
Billing Address
Update your billing address for accurate tax calculation and invoices.
Access all your past invoices and receipts. Download PDFs for expense reporting or tax purposes.
Team Settings
Team Members
Invite guild members to your account. Each member gets their own login while sharing tracked characters and lists.
Permissions
Set role-based permissions: Admin (full access), Editor (add/edit/delete), or Viewer (read-only).
Activity Log
View a complete audit log of who added/removed characters, created alerts, and modified settings.
