Smart Filters & Views
Basic Filters
Filter characters by common criteria:
- • Status: Online, Offline, or Both
- • World: Filter by specific game world
- • Vocation: Show only specific vocations (Knight, Paladin, etc.)
- • Level Range: Min/max level slider
- • List: Show characters from specific lists only
Compound Filters (Pro/Guild)
Combine multiple filters for precise results:
Example: Find War Targets
- • Status: Online
- • List: Enemies
- • Level: 200-400
- • Not in a party (activity detection)
Result: Shows online enemies in your level range who are likely hunting solo
Saved Filter Sets
Save commonly used filter combinations for quick access. Perfect for daily routines like checking:
- • "Morning Check" - Guild members + Friends, Online only
- • "Hunt Window" - Enemies level 250+, Last seen < 1 hour
- • "Inactive Cleanup" - All characters, Not seen in 7+ days
View Modes
- Card View (Default): Shows detailed character cards with avatar, stats, and quick actions
- Compact View: Dense table layout fitting more characters on screen
- Timeline View: Shows character activity over time in a chronological feed
- Map View (Pro/Guild): Geographic visualization of characters by world location
Sorting Options
Sort your character list by:
- • Name (A-Z or Z-A)
- • Level (Highest/Lowest first)
- • Last Seen (Recently active first)
- • Session Duration (Longest online first)
- • Death Count (Most/Least deaths)
- • Date Added (Newest/Oldest)
- • Custom Priority (drag to reorder)
Pinned Characters
Pin up to 5 characters to always appear at the top of your dashboard, regardless of filters or sorting. Perfect for VIP targets or main characters.

Alert Chains let you create sophisticated workflows that respond intelligently to character events.

Daily Summaries
Receive automated summary emails at specific times each day:
- • Morning Briefing: Who was active overnight, new deaths, level changes
- • Evening Recap: Today's activity highlights, most active characters
- • Weekly Report: 7-day trends, analytics summary, achievement unlocks
Auto-Cleanup
Automatically remove inactive characters based on rules you set:
- • Remove characters not seen in 30+ days
- • Remove deleted/banned characters
- • Archive characters that changed guilds
- • Move inactive characters to "Archive" list instead of deleting
Quiet Hours Override
Automatically enable/disable notifications based on time of day or day of week. Example: Mute all notifications Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (work hours).
Create alerts that only trigger when specific conditions are met:
IF Character comes online
AND it's between 10pm-2am
AND their guild has <5 members online
THEN send SMS alert (high priority target)
IF Character gains a level
AND new level is >= 400
AND they're on my "Rivals" list
THEN send push notification (threat assessment)
IF Character dies
AND killer is from enemy guild
AND death count today > 3
THEN email guild leaders (war update)

- Bulk Operations: Select multiple characters (Shift + Click) to apply alerts, move to lists, or delete in one action
- Clone Alerts: Right-click any alert to duplicate it for another character instead of configuring from scratch
- Template Lists: Create template lists with preset alerts, then add characters to instantly apply all settings
- Browser Notifications: Enable desktop notifications in your browser for instant alerts even when the tab isn't active
- Color Coding: Assign custom colors to lists to quickly identify character categories at a glance
